By downloading, installing, or using Litter ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Litter is a mobile client application that connects to Codex servers. The app provides an interface to manage coding sessions on servers that you own or have authorization to access. Litter itself does not provide AI services — it connects to Codex instances that you operate.
You agree not to:
The app, its design, code, and branding are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
All code, conversations, and data you create through the app remain yours. We do not claim any ownership over content that passes through the app to your Codex server.
The app connects to Codex servers and may use network discovery protocols (Bonjour, Tailscale). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any services we operate (such as push notification delivery) at our discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
